Haskell Indian Nations University is a four year degree granting university in Lawrence, Kansas, which offers post-high school education to members of registered Native American tribes in the United States. While there is no tuition, students are required to pay semester fees similar to many other colleges in the United States. In 2007-2008, the fee totals summed to $215. Typical enrollment is approximately 1,000 representing 150 tribes and all 50 states. A set of 12 buildings on the campus has been named a U.S. National Historic Landmark.
