Jamestown College is a private liberal arts college affiliated with the Presbyterian Church located in Jamestown, North Dakota. It has about 1,000 students enrolled today and has been co-educational from its founding. For the 2008–09 school year, US News and World Report ranked Jamestown College 43rd among the best undergraduate colleges in the Midwest. This is the second consecutive year that Jamestown has been named a "Tier 1" college; in 2007, it became the first North Dakota college or university to make the top tier of the list.
