Montgomery County Community College, also known as MCCC, Montco, or MC3, is a 2-year community college offering associate degrees and technical certification in numerous fields. It also offers non-credit courses to the general public. MCCC is accredited by the Commission of Higher Education of the Middle States Association of Colleges and Secondary Schools. The college was founded in 1964 and offered classes from its campus in Conshohocken. In 1972, the main campus opened in nearby Blue Bell where it remains today. There is also a satellite campus in Pottstown which opened in 1996. Off-site locations include Lansdale and Willow Grove Naval Air Station in Horsham.
