Northeast Texas Community College (NTCC) is a community college serving the Northeast Texas region. The campus is set on 375 acres in rural Titus County near the community of Chapel Hill, approximately seven miles southeast of Mount Pleasant, the county seat. As defined by the Texas Legislature, the official service area of NTCC comprises the following: all of Camp, Morris, and Titus Counties (these counties comprise the tax base for the NTCC District),
