Colorado Colleges and Universities

I am thinking about going to college in Colorado, and I wanted to know
if anyone knew some good colleges there.

- I am an A/B student, so I don't think I will make it into a extreme straight A's kind of college.

- Maybe a christan college? I don't have to, though.

The only two universities in Colorado worth your time are Colorado College which is very selective private school, which I sometimes debate weather it is really worth the cost. The 2nd is the University of Colorado, which has three campuses: Boulder, Denver and Colorado Springs. They offer pretty much the same undergraduate degrees at all three campuses, the difference is in the grad schools.

If you are worried about out-of-state tuition at CU, then I would attend the Metropolitan State College of Denver for a year or so until you qualify and then transfer to CU.

Beyond those, there is then the University of Denver, another private school with a prestige all of its own, not worth going for undergraduate studies, if you plan to go to grad school. If you don't and you can afford it, then that is where you should aim to go.

Is there? And is there any prerequisites for the course?

I'm a junior in high school and looking at colleges and I would really like to attend a Colorado college or maybe a college in Utah or Wyoming.
So does anyone know if there are any colleges that offer Korean in either of these states?

i looked @ CSU but when i looked at what they offered it didnt say anything about astronomy. but wen i typed "colorado colleges astronomy" CSU popped up. can ne1 tell me if they actually do have an astronomy degree? it wld be sooo awesome if also sum1 who went to that college to tell me wat it's like! well thank you all! hope to hear from sum of u soon! :)

CSU offers Astronomy classes, which is why it came up on your search. You need to search a website like Petersons.

I am a senior in high school and want a career in pharmacy. I need to know how many credits I need, what classes to take, What are the best Colorado community colleges, and how long everything takes. I've been researching this all for a couple months now, but I need some help. I'm stressing about college.

I want opinions from people who have heard good things/went there.

It's great to go to a community college but keep in mind that the massage therapy field is flooded with people and it's very hard to make a living that way. I have known three people who have completed the licensing program and then found a little bit of work that didn't cover bills or no work at all. I would choose a different vocation or better yet, study the liberal arts at the community college so that you can transfer to a four-year school that offers Bachelor's degrees.

Probably a BM, but I'm also looking at a BA because there's other things (English, Science) that I also might want to do.

The colleges I'm currently mostly looking at are University of Denver and University of Northern Colorado. Are these good, and what other ones should I look at?

Also look into University of Colorado-Boulder. It has a stronger reputation in music than the schools you mentioned.

Does anyone know of any community colleges in Colorado, California or in New York city that offer housing, dorms, whatever?
A list of them would be great thanks a lot!

I have never heard of a community college with dorms. I'll be interested in knowing if anyone else has. It was my understanding that they were, by definition, commuter schools.

I don't really want a major in animal sciences or something like that. I just want to know if there area any colleges that have a team or something along those lines. English riding would be best, but western works too.

Colorado State Univeristy is the best choice for that. They have the equine center. They have an indoor riding arena. Rodeo club too. I'd say that's your best choice.
