The University of Iowa is the best for English. Number five in the country... you can go to any school in Iowa, within reason, and receive an excellent education. I am an Iowan here and I know we have very a very efficient education system. Iowa is number the number two state as well and we are cheaper than average schools. All in all Iowa is the best choice.
